YWC(R)型乳化油處理裝置用于對高濃度乳化油污水進行處理,排放水含油量小于15PPm。由破乳器(可選)、電絮凝分離器、初級過濾器、油水分離器、二級過濾器、柱塞泵、控制箱、油份濃度計、氣動閥門等組成。
原理概述
原污水→固相破乳器→電絮凝反應器→過濾→油水分離器→過濾→排放

乳化油污水首先進入固相破乳器(乳化油含量高時選用),破壞水與油的電層結構,從而達到破乳的目的;隨后進入電絮凝反應器,通過電解分離方式將乳化油從水中進一步分離;處理后的污水隨后進入初級過濾器,去除水中的固體顆粒、絮體等物質(zhì); 過濾后的油水混合物進入油水分離器,通過聚合斜板將細小的油滴凝聚成大油滴上浮至集油艙內(nèi),當達到一定液位后排出,水通過二級過濾器過濾后再排出;排放口設置有油份濃度計,檢測排放水中的含油量,當達到排放標準時,排放閥打開,當超標時,回流閥打開,排放水循環(huán)再處理,確保排放水質(zhì)符合要求。
YWC (R) - type emulsion oil processing unit is used for treating high concentration of emulsified oil waste water, and the oil content of the discharged water is less than 15PPm. Is composed of a demulsifier (optional), electric flocculation reactor, primary filter, oil-water separator, secondary filter, piston pump, control box, oil concentration meter, pneumatic valve and so on.

Emulsified oil wastewater into the first solid demulsifier (option as emulsified oil with high content ), in order to damage the layer structure of water and oil, so as to achieve the purpose of breaking; then into electric flocculation reactor, emulsified oil from water further separated by electrolytic separation; the treated water is then entered the primary filter, removal the solid particles and floc material from water ; after filtering, oil-water mixture into the oily water separator, by polymerization of inclined plate into small oil droplets condensed into large droplets float to the oil tank, and discharge when reaching a certain level, then water through secondary filters and discharge; but discharge port is provided with oil content meter, oil content detection the water discharged, when meet emission standards,the drain valve is opened and allow to discharge, when emissions exceed the standard, return valve is opened, recycling and reprocessing, ensure the effluent water quality meets the requirements.
